General Information

This workbook is designed to be used alongside The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. While summaries of the 7 Habits are provided, reading the book will give you a deeper understanding of the habits and exercises.

The workbook is organized into four key databases:

  1. 7 Habits – Contains summaries and insights for each of the 7 Habits. 🔗Linked to the 7 Habits Exercises.
  2. 7 Habits Exercises – A set of exercises designed to apply the 7 Habits. 🔗Linked to the 7 Habits.
  3. 7 Habits Log Journal – A journal database to track your progress with the exercises. Each exercise template is linked to a Habit, an Exercise, and the Daily Tracker.
  4. 7 Habits Daily Tracker – A visual tracker that aggregates your completed exercises. 🔗Linked to each Log template.

How It Works:

When you complete an exercise, read the description and press the button to log it. This will automatically select the appropriate template from the Journal and log the activity. You can fill out the entry field or leave it blank. Tracking exercises over time helps you monitor your progress and identify areas where you may want to focus more.

The Exercises are based on the book's ideas, though some have been combined or adapted. If you want to create a new exercise, follow the steps to Create a New Exercise, ensuring the databases are linked correctly so graphs and trackers work properly. If you see something that needs adjusting, feel free to make the change.

Until you create your Mission Statement, the mission statement section will be empty. Each exercise, including the mission statement one, has instructions and will walk you through what you need to do.
